Privacy

Your information stays private. We never share your data without your consent—unless legally required.  Visit our Privacy Policy page for details.

Payments & Deposits

• 45% deposit required to confirm booking

• Full payment due 30 days before tour

• Payments accepted in USD (card/foreign currency)

• 5% bank fee applies for card payments

Cancellation Policy

• 60+ days before tour: Full refund minus 10% admin fee

• 20–59 days: 50% refund minus 10% admin fee

• 10 days or less: No refund

Requirements

• Valid motorbike/driving license

• $400 cash deposit per bike

• Our insurance covers:

  • Collision damage

  • 3rd party accidents on tar roads only

Exclusion from Tours

We may exclude any rider (without refund) for:

• Reckless riding or dangerous behavior

• Ignoring guide instructions

• Failure to provide valid medical insurance

• Riding under the influence
